Pricing
Initial Consultation
Your first experience at Nirvana starts with an initial consultation where your practitioner will go over your health history in depth, followed by an acupuncture treatment.
Gift certificates are also available
Fertility Package
Receive custom decoction herbal formulas and acupuncture treatment. Get a 10-day supply along with 2 acupuncture treatments for a special rate.
Package deal for 4,8,12 treatments are available. Valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
Accupuncture
Initial Visit: $200 (includes consultation and treatment, 90 minutes)
Initial Consultation & Acupuncture Treatment (Pediatric) – $200
Follow-up Acupuncture Treatments: $140 (45-60 minutes)
Cosmetic Acupuncture: $275
Herbal Medicine
Concentrated granules typically cost an average of $0.50 per gram, with variations based on the ingredients of the herbs used.
Capsules: $35-$45 per bottle
Custom Herbal Formula
- 1 oz custom herbal formula – $30
- 2 oz custom herbal formula – $60

Insurance
We work with all Insurance Companies which offer policies that provide in network or, out-of-network coverage for our services.
We can screen your insurance:
Just give us a quick call (646) 901-9933, we’d be happy to screen your Insurance policy to confirm your benefits (typically takes 24-48 hours).
If your policy offers you coverage, we can bill your insurance directly, minus any co-insurances, co-payments or deductibles.
If you prefer, we can provide you with a detailed Billing Document (“Superbill”) instead. In this case Superbills can be directly submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement to you.

Scheduling
- For all NEW ClENTS, please call to schedule.
- If you are a returning client at this clinic, you can use the “BOOK NOW” button at the bottom of any page to link to online scheduling.
- You may also call and leave a voicemail or text the office number and I will respond as soon as possible.
Late Arrivals
Please be ready to start treatment at your scheduled appointment time. A late arrival impacts other clients and significantly throws off my timing and your treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and will be charged for the appointment.
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
- We understand there are times you must change or cancel your appointments.
- Your timely notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice may be responsible for the full visit fee.
Patient Responsibilities in an Event of Cold, Flu, or COVID
- If you get sick and your appointment is scheduled within the next 5 days, please cancel with as much notice as possible to avoid any fees.
- If you are post 5 days and no longer contagious but still not well, please wear a mask to your appointment.
- If someone in your household is sick, please wear a mask to your appointment.
